Windows Update not found in settings
I just enrolled my device to the Windows Insider Program after which my windows update option from settings has become unavailable. The windows update button on the system tab also does not work when clicked. Please suggest what can be done now to restore the windows update settings. Screenshot attached for reference.

This usually happens when Windows Update is disabled by policy, corrupted, or missing from the Settings app due to system issues. You can try restarting your PC first, then run “services.msc” and check if Windows Update service is running. If it’s disabled, set it to Automatic and start it. If it still doesn’t appear, running the System File Checker (sfc /scannow) or resetting Windows Update components can help restore it.

I did set it to automatic after starting it but the windows update option is still unavailable in settings.

Yes that's right, it happened right after I enrolled back to windows insider program. Now, I have to use the WindowsUpdate module in cmd prompt to update which is not very smooth.

I didn't enroll in Windows Insider, but I have the same symptoms that started about the time you posted. So, I suspect some kind of borked update. Can't access any Windows Update settings and same for Bluetooth. Machine seems to work fine, just these settings pages don't load... Any luck fixing your issue?
