Windows system files cannot be dragged to the parent folder.
Hello, after installing a new system, I am unable to move files to the parent folder. Was this feature removed in the latest version? How can I resolve this issue?

This is not a bug or an error. This is a critical security feature of Windows 11 that is working as intended. You are prevented from accidentally moving or modifying system files, which would likely cause your operating system to become unstable or unbootable.
