Windows Media Feature Pack Will Not Install on Windows 11 Enterprise N

I have been trying to get Windows Media Feature Pack installed on my computer. I have been troubleshooting and trying everything I can find. I have tried DISM commands (getting Error 14098), tried adding through optional features (get couldn't install. Is there a way to have an offline installer for Media Pack. This is a new Windows PC build. Any help and guidance would be appreciated.

I'm in the same boat, just on Windows 11 Home N. I've tried almost everything apart from a clean windows install, but nothing has worked. I just made this account and came here on the off chance that some expert here takes pity on me and provides a solution.

Suggesting "just find" a manual download is not helpful btw. There is only a manual download version for Windows 10, the same page for windows 11 just direct you to get it from "Apps > Optional features".

Really regretting getting the gimped version of windows that is the N edition. It has caused me so much trouble over the last ten years. If anyone can help I'd be just as happy for a foolproof method of switching to to the non N edition, preferably without having to wipe the entire drive.

Microsoft provides the Media Feature Pack as a downloadable package for N editions.

Download and install the Media Feature Pack from the Microsoft official website; just find and install the corresponding version manually.
