Windows Ink Issues
I am trying to figure out where to start troubleshooting. I installed a driver for a Huion Kamvas Pro pen monitor. This driver has an option to select whether or not to use Windows Ink at face value. When selected, I would like the cursor to disappear. In Windows settings under Bluetooth & Devices --> Pen and Windows Ink --> Additional Pen settings --> "Show Cursor" is disabled. PC rebooted. Huion driver selection is set to enable use of Windows Ink. I am able to verify in REGEDIT that HKEY_CURRENT_USER --> Cursors --> Pen Visualization is set to 0x00 which should mean disable all cursor stuff when Windows Ink is selected if I am interpreting correctly. No matter what I try, the cursor will not disappear. I do notice however that when the "use Windows Ink" selection is checked within the Huion app environment, additional pen parameters (such as smoothing) appear to be applied. I have a feeling I am in back and forth territory. Is there a way to definitively check if the issue is rooted in Windows or 3rd party app?

Troubleshooting Windows Ink and pen cursor issues, especially with third-party hardware like a Huion Kamvas Pro, can be tricky since multiple layers interact—Windows settings, driver configurations, and the app-specific options.
