Windows 11 update broke taskbar/start menu

Hello,

My computer rebooted this morning for updates and the result is a broken Taskbar/Start menu.  The clock, Ethernet/Wi-Fi, speaker icons are all missing.  If you try to go to Personalization>Taskbar, most of the options are missing.  Within Windows Explorer, can't click in the search area.

Anyone else with issues?

So far, my fix was to reinstall Windows 11 over the top and pause updates from running. Not great for long term.
