Windows 11 system 24H2 installation stuck at “Ready,” 23H2 normal
When installing Win24H2, it gets stuck on the Ready screen and keeps spinning, unable to continue, but installing the 23H2 version works perfectly fine. What is the problem? How can I solve it?

The primary reason an upgrade stalls at "Ready" (or a similar point like "Checking for updates") is a compatibility block. The Windows installer has detected a piece of hardware or a driver on your system that is known to have issues with the 24H2 build but may have been compatible with 23H2.
