Hey, have you resolved the issue yet? I've been having exactly the same problem for several months now. I even reinstalled windows once because I thought the problem was due to corrupted files, but it was no help. I also discovered that it's caused by webview2, because if I delete the EdgeWebView folder, everything works fine. But this is a temporary solution, because webview2 is restored over time, and it is also needed for the normal operation of some programs.
