Windows 11 Microsoft no longer forces a Microsoft account
I reinstalled Windows 11 Home and was able to create a local account directly without a Microsoft account. Is this change official and available to all stable channel users?
Just bypass it , when it gets to the Internet page of setup, in command" prompt enter "OOBE\BYPASSNRO" and hit enter, the page will restart, and click on " I don't have Internet " continue with setup
