Windows 11 Microsoft no longer forces a Microsoft account
I reinstalled Windows 11 Home and was able to create a local account directly without a Microsoft account. Is this change official and available to all stable channel users?
I recently Reinstalled Windows 11 Home it forced me to the Microsoft Account. Maybe ur WIFI cutout when the account page loaded leading to local account to be available
Or you could be running a Modified Windows Copy like Tiny11.
