Windows 11 Home - fresh install - bitlocker problem

Hello i just did a fresh install of windows 11 home on my desktop. And after rebooting my second ssd ( partition d ) is asking for a bitlocker key. I can't connect to https://aka.ms/recoverykey the site dosen't work for me. Is there a way to recover my data or it is lost forever?

  • You’re trying to recover data from an SSD that asks for a BitLocker key after reinstalling Windows 11. The reinstall changed the trusted system context, so Windows can no longer unlock the drive automatically. On the recovery screen, note the first eight digits of the recovery-key ID and any account hint. From another device, follow Microsoft Support’s BitLocker recovery-key instructions, sign in to every personal Microsoft account used on the old installation, and match the ID to a 48-digit key. Also check any work or school account, printed copy, USB drive, or whoever enabled encryption. If the shortcut fails, open the recovery-key instructions through Microsoft Support. Microsoft Support cannot retrieve or recreate a lost key, and the key ID cannot decrypt the drive. If no matching recovery key or backup exists, the encrypted data cannot be recovered. Formatting the SSD makes it usable again but permanently erases its contents.
