windows 11 health check doesn't recognize cpu
The interesting part is that my cpu is I7-7700K AND is listed under the Supported CPU list for Windows 10 22h2

Got Win 10 upd yesterday - new PC Health Check came with it. Now the list is updated - also for my PC which previously had not been supported. BUT the PC Health Check still rejects it -but it is supported on the new "supported CPUs list" (i5-7200U). I suspect that more testing or cert has happened. Anybody else find this new information?
thanks, it does help - i misread the information i looked at initially and thought it was actually supported, hence my confusion.
Me again - The NEW PC Health Check did in fact point to another file of "supported CPU chips for Windows 10" Apparently in my excitement I mistook that for supported for "WIndows 11". Thanks MS - During the last few months, my PC went from TPM not available to TPM 2.0 now active on your PC. Really screwing around with us aren't you? My 3 laptops that I am wrangling are HP, & Dell that have the same chip, and my neighbor has Lenovo with i7 version of same chip - all not supported - Why still remains a mystery. The chip mfgs are also sc...g around with us. What is going to happen with new PCs under Windows 11 (going to 12)? My current thoughts are to wait it out - as I don't have money to buy a bunch of PCs. Thoughts would be appreciated.
