windows 11 health check doesn't recognize cpu

This answers for your query. Though the processor may be supported for Windows 10 but it is not listed on Windows 11 list of supported processors. Please check:

Make sure that you’re using the latest version of the PC Health Check application. Microsoft has updated this tool several times since its initial release, so you want to ensure you're using the most recent version. You can download it from the official Microsoft website.
