Windows 11 has switched to a wide layout that cannot be resized
Why did they change the layout to a wide format without providing an option to adjust the size? I hope they're working on an update to fix this issue.

Navigate to the application's or system's display or appearance settings to see if there is an option to change layout or resize the view.
Clearly explain that the recent layout change to a wide format lacks an option to adjust the size.
