According to the blog post via Bing, that build was released in February.
Does Windows Insider Settings shows "up to date" or "new update"?
Art thou wishest to stay on Dev or Beta or Canary or Release Preview?
There dosen't seem to be a new ISO that is higher than thy current build except for Canary.

There are no "new updates" either in the windows update settings- DeletedSep 15, 2023Very strange, somehow the latest Dev Build Number released yesterday is a lower build number than your's which is still a Dev but from Feburary.
Anyways, it says that the latest ISO for Dev from Yesterday can be downloaded here:
