Windows 11 25H2 suddenly froze during normal use.
Windows 11 version 25H2 suddenly froze during normal use (keyboard and mouse unresponsive). The first occurrence happened during a Huorong antivirus scan. After reinstalling the system, the issue reappeared during gameplay. Seeking the root cause and a stable solution.

Hi Yhooum, please open Event Viewer and take a screen shot or copy the message and post it back.
This is our starting point to fixing the issue.
You can copy the message (highlighted in blue) and paste it into a browser search and see if a solution comes up. In the example case below I would just search the first sentence only.
