Hi Yhooum​, please open Event Viewer and take a screen shot or copy the message and post it back.
This is our starting point to fixing the issue.
You can copy the message (highlighted in blue) and paste it into a browser search and see if a solution comes up. In the example case below I would just search the first sentence only.
