Windows 11 23H2 ISO Download for 64 bit Pro
My PC is not fully supported by Windows 11 25H2 because of the processor does not support SSE 4.2. The problem is that there is no way to download Windows 11 23H2 ISO from Microsoft website. Currently, only Windows 11 25H2 ISO is available for download. This is really frustrating. I dig around on Microsoft website and could not find any download link for 23H2.
Does anyone know a safe place for Windows 11 23H2 ISO download, especially for Windows 11 Pro 64bit?

The Media Creation Tool from Microsoft is the safest and most official method to download Windows 11 23H2 ISO (64bit Pro).
Steps
- Go to the official Windows 11 download page on Microsoft’s website
- Download Media Creation Tool for Windows 11
- Run the tool and accept the license terms
- Choose Create installation media (USB flash drive, DVD, or ISO file)
- Select language and edition (Windows 11)
- Choose ISO file
- Select a save location and wait for the download to finish

The ISO created currently corresponds to Windows 11 23H2
Includes the latest cumulative updates
Best choice for clean installs and VM usage
If it is less than 10 days for your upgrade to version 25h2, you can go back to your previous version from Settings > System > Recovery.
