The Media Creation Tool from Microsoft is the safest and most official method to download Windows 11 23H2 ISO (64bit Pro).

Steps

  1. Go to the official Windows 11 download page on Microsoft’s website
  2. Download Media Creation Tool for Windows 11
  3. Run the tool and accept the license terms
  4. Choose Create installation media (USB flash drive, DVD, or ISO file)
  5. Select language and edition (Windows 11)
  6. Choose ISO file
  7. Select a save location and wait for the download to finish
