Windows 11 22H2 Problem with Cumulative Update KB5027231

I'm here to tell you about something that happened in our company, and I wanted to share here a temporary solution...

After the update June 13, 2023-KB5027231 (OS Build 22621.1848), for Windows 11 22H2 versions, I have detected a problem with Google Chrome, it stops working, the process starts, it appears in the task manager, but the application is not displayed, after several tests installing and uninstalling the Chrome product, I got to test setting it as default browser and it worked correctly.

Another test is that the problem occurs with accounts that are not administrators, with accounts that are members of the local administrator's group, the problem does not occur.

We will have to wait for a patch to fix it or an update from Google.
