Windows 11 - AlwaysInstallElevated

Hi all,

I am trying to enable AlwaysInstallElevated on a local machine (Windows 11, not domain joined, 2 local users). I am aware of the dangers of this, I just need to enable it for a very short amount of time.

I have enabled it in gpedit.msc for the Computer and User configurations. I even tried to set the relevant registry keys manually, did a gpupdate /force, restarted the machine several times and the non-admin user is still not able to run our custom MSI package (command line or GUI). The user is always prompted for UAC.

Any ideas why please?
