Window content does not update when you scroll down
I have been experiencing this problem for a week that when you scroll down with the scroll bar in a window, the content would not update (or sometimes update 'partly'). See the screenshots below to understand this issue.
I have tried these but none can help:
- Restart
- Update Windows
- Run sfc & dism
sfc /scannow
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
- Update my display & GPU driver
It seems that the windows' display caches have some problems and the contents are not redrawed in time because when I press Ctrl-A or take a screenshot, the broken view would be fixed.
Interestingly, this problem only occurs in 'classic' Win32 applications like Conhost, Foxit Reader, Notepad and Microsoft Management Console. (It doesn't occur in 'modern' apps like Settings, Microsoft Store, etc. Not in Conemu and Edge as well) Additionally, when you move a subwindow like this in the following screenshot, it is automatically clipped.
The problem takes place again when I try to obtain system information... (Notice that the list is not complete, indicating the broken view.)
Any clue or advice?
