Win11 update causes black screen and endless restart loop after reboot
After installing the Windows 11 update and restarting, the screen goes black at startup but the keyboard indicator light is on. After a while, the system automatically restarts in an infinite loop and cannot enter the system.

Boot into safe mode and uninstall the update. This is the most direct fix for this specific problem. The goal is to get into the Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE).
