Wifi does not recognizes some Wifi Repeaters and still says "no internet connection" in Window 11

Even though I can connect to the internet and browse properly, this still causes issues with apps like Dropbox and Google Drive as there is something on those programs that stops them from doing their everyday work if they don't see a legitimate signal that wifi is connected to the internet.
