Why Windows Defender keeps finding threat in a file that in no longer on my PC?
I downloaded an application (.exe) from the internet. I later deleted it without running it. The file is no longer on my computer (not even inside the recycle bin), but Windows defender keeps finding a threat in this file. It says PUADIManager:Win32/OfferCore. How to get rid of this false warning?
