Why Intel Core i7-7500U is not supported for windows 11?

Hello. I recently tried to update my Windows 10 machine to Windows 11. However, when I checked with the PC Health Check app to see if my device fulfills system requirements, to my utmost surprise, I saw that the i7-7500U is not supported by Windows 11. However, older i7-5500U and i7-6500U are compatible with Windows 11. What is this issue here? How can I install Windows 11 on my PC?

Note: My device supports secure boot, has TPM 2.0 enabled, and the processor has  2 cores, 16 GB RAM, and 512 GB system storage.

I have no idea. I reached out to the Intel support team on Twitter/X, and the reply was that Microsoft decided not to support this CPU, and that's all. There is nothing Intel can do about it.
