When charging, the power supply still shows 14%.

I am experiencing an issue with my device's battery when charging. Even after leaving it plugged in for a while, the power supply still shows only 14% remaining, and the battery percentage does not increase despite being connected to the charger. This makes me concerned that the battery may not be charging properly or there could be a problem with the power supply or the battery calibration. I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting the charger, restarting the device, and using different outlets, but the issue persists. The battery percentage remains stuck at 14%, and the device does not seem to be charging as it should. I am seeking advice on how to troubleshoot this problem and whether it might be a hardware fault or a software issue that needs fixing. Any suggestions or solutions would be greatly appreciated.

This is a problem created by government soft. Just think back to apple and the iphone 6 . Apple was manipulating the phones so people would upgrade. They got caught slowing down phones and messing with the charging. You can try all their nonsense , like cmd run as administrator and then fix the corrupted drives for the battery in the device manager and it will do nothing. you can uninstall the drivers in the device manager and restart and nothing will change. How it is suppose to operate is that removing the drivers out of device manager will recalibrate the battery. But you only get a few times or one time and then basically the drivers are bricked till you get a new battery. In closing no battery works one day fine and then the next does not. They get weaker and weaker until they wont take a charge. which means a battery should only last for a half hour before it is discharged all the way when it is weak unless you are under government soft control then as soon as it is weak it will be bricked. No way they let this post stand.

Manufacturers often release updates that improve battery management. In Device Manager (Windows) or System Preferences (Mac), ensure battery drivers and related software are current.
