Sorry bro, The issue has been ongoing, even stutters simply opening display settings for the first time depending on how many displays you have. Nvidia doesnt care. Ive even RMA'd my card with the egineer saying no hardware faults, changed every peice of hardware.. No stutter without the nvidia drivers installed though...
Its sucks man but its time to buy a 9070xt..
