Upgrading new hardware with existing Windows Pro license
Team, I had one Lenovo device, when I bought this Windows Pro License, linked to my account, in 2023. Now, I got new Asus device. Not able to use Activate Troubleshooting or Windows didn't auto mig...
Go to Settings>System>Activation>Change product key.
Input your authentic product key, this would upgrade the edition to pro and activate it.
If it fails, try using a generic product key:
VK7JG-NPHTM-C97JM-9MPGT-3V66T this will change the edition to pro then you can activate it using your product key later.
