Can upgrade - keep ALL - the Windows 10 Pro 22H2 to Windows 11 Pro 25H2, by inserting USB Stick installation media of 25H2 and run from Windows 10 Pro 22H2 File Manager the setup.exe file as Admin,...?
Or, Not, is needed to boot from USB Stick installation media of 25H2...?

Yes, you can perform an in-place upgrade that keeps all your files, applications, and settings by running setup.exe from within Windows 10. You do NOT need to boot from the USB stick for this specific goal.
