Unable to shut down computer in Windows 11 Insider Preview build 10.0.26080.1201 (ge_release_upr)

I'm posting this message because when updating to Windows 11 Insider Preview build 10.0.26080.1201 (ge_release_upr). It's impossible to shut down the PC (in shutdown mode from Windows).

I have to do it manually, i.e. a forced shutdown on my HP elitebook computer. What's more, during shutdown, I get a spinning circle on my mouse (as if something were loading).

I think the problem is due to my configuration.

My PC is an HP EliteBook 830 G5

As a student, I don't like to stop my PC this way.
