Hi, I’d first confirm the device is enrolled in the correct Insider channel that actually receives that build. Then check Settings > Windows Update > Windows Insider Program and make sure the Microsoft account is linked properly. If it still will not detect the build, run the Windows Update troubleshooter, clear the SoftwareDistribution cache, and check whether your hardware or channel is blocked from that specific flight.
