The OneDrive share menu in Windows 11 has changed.

After selecting a file and clicking the top share button or right-clicking “Share,” the pop-up menu fails to generate viewable/editable share links (only supports sending via Outlook attachments or standard copy). The folder share button appears grayed out and unusable, even for folders previously shared successfully. Suspecting this is due to an interface change from an update, how can I restore the previous sharing functionality?
