Taskbar System Tray "Show All Notifications" options unavailable

This is a major Windows 11 peeve of mine.  I like to see all system tray icons all of the time.  Traditionally there was a "Always show all icons and notifications on the taskbar" option in the legacy Notification Area Icon control GUI.  I know Windows 11 will let me go individually turn on Notification Area icons, but they routinely become hidden again after a routine update, and sometimes they just seem to re-hide all on their own.  Please bring back this super basic option.  Removing it was a usability mistake.  Please restore the ability to Show All Notifications on the Taskbar System Tray.
