Surface dial - addling another tool leads to crash

The title pretty much sums it.

I cannot add any new tools (key combinations) to existing app profiles I have created.

New profiles also seem to not be remembered correctly.

I have been using the surface dial for 6 months now and this wasn't broken before as I have created profiles for multiple apps and have added a lot of "tools" for each without any crashes.

Please fix this as it means that I cannot really use the wheel properly for any new software.
