"Start Menu -> All Apps" Some installed Apps are not showing; Do not show up in Search

Reza_Ameri Thanks! I've already had my machine updated with the latest updates. I did not install the apps from the app stall though - just through the respective official site's windows install packages. If it helps, I noted that 2 apps affected are Foxit PDF Viewer and NordVPN.
So far, other applications that I had downloaded and installed (ie. Visual Studio Code) are showing up in the All Apps menu.

In this case, I advise open start and search for feedback and open Feedback Hub app and report this issue.
Try run command prompt as administrator and type the following commands:
sfc /scannow
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

Reza_Ameri I’m having a similar issue with windows 11 22h2 multi session avd. In my case the built in appx apps like calculator or notepad are missing from the apps menu and searching for them also shows nothing.
a second logon by the same user then has all the apps appear in the app menu as “new” apps and searching for them then works.
