Software conflict durring update to 24H version

Hello

I try update my Win 11 23H2 to latest version but i can't .

Durring installation process i get pop in window with information about some software not working with Win 11. But problem is, that software is not install on my maschine. I think maybe some old cache files still keep info about that very old app ?? I scan my comp , using few uninstaller manager to detect install app but that three app no presents nowhere. Finaly i not able to updatetd.

Its Any option forced or skip this check ? or how i can detect where is some info keeping about those app ?

Thanks , Marco

  • Please check if you've any Android emulator installed on system, as they'll use Virtual services in background. If found, uninstall them to fix this problem.

This is complex and risky, involving editing installation files, and is generally not recommended. Sometimes installing via ISO or Media Creation Tool bypasses certain checks.

Use Autoruns (from Microsoft Sysinternals) to see if any old installer tasks or remnants are running.
