snipping tool on Windows 11 24H2 can't use text actions to scan QRCode like before.
If you believe the feature has regressed or does not meet your needs, provide feedback directly to Microsoft: Search for "Feedback Hub" in the Start menu and report issues with the Snipping Tool.
If you notice a particular feature that has changed or isn’t working as it used to, you can submit feedback to Microsoft:
1. Press Windows + F to open the Feedback Hub.
2. Explain your issue, and they may take this feedback into consideration for future updates.- It used to work, but not anymore.
