Snipping tool not working since upgrade on 10.0.22621 Build 22621
Snipping tool simply doesn't work. I am pressing "PrtSc" to enable the upper bar of the snipping tool, whatever type of snipping I choose once I select the area and release the mouse button nothing happens. No popup asking where I would like to store the image, no image stored in my Screenshots folder in Users. We lost complete this functionality, am I missing something ? Is there another folder I should look at where screenshots get automatically stored ?
Thanks

Same
Happening for the last few updates. MS Windows 11 Pro Ver 10.0.22631 b 22631It's like it is not installed, but appears in the start menu. But clicking it does not open the app. [Win]+[shift]+[S] does activate the capture action but does not open the app to display the image taken nor does it save the image in the screenshot folder.
Not listed in the "installed apps" list in settings.
MS store does not recognize it is installed until I selected the install button but then it fails with the attached screenshot error.Web searches on Microsoft, YouTube, and reddit have all failed to find a similar issue (symptoms) or error code.
Power shell reports an error in line 130 position 14 in manifest.xml when attempting to register the app.
Installing error code from Microsoft store is 0x80070005
