Quick Access menu

Recently went to Win 11.  Hate it.  Can't move the toolbar around.  Why deprecate features that people may depend on?  Don't understand it.

Latest issue.... can't move items up or down (reorder) in my Quick Access menu in Windows Explorer.  It only gives me the option to drop the folder into another folder and starts copying stuff.  Ugh.  C'mon.... make it work.  Is there any solution, or just a bug?  Do I have to rebuild my Quick Access in order?  There's like 30 things in it.

Unlike previous versions, Windows 11's Explorer doesn't natively support drag-and-drop reordering of pinned items in Quick Access. The context menu's "Move up" or "Move down" options are often missing or not functioning as expected.

Thanks for responding here. So far it just feels like a downgrade.
