Problem with installing Windows 11 update.
Hi - This attached screenshot says it all. I've tried 4 times to install this update but no joy.
Previously, I was running Windows 10 Pro on older PC components. I had to install a new motherboard and a CPU in order to install Windows 11 Pro which of course means the Win 11 OS is clean install. I also installed two new hard drives.
Current Win 11 info.
Question: What do I need to do in order to get this update installed?
Thanks for any assistance you can offer.

- Alabamatom1963Steel ContributorOkay. There is another way to install the update that sometimes works when nothing else will. We are going to Install the Update using Powershell. https://thegeekpage.com/how-to-manually-update-windows-10-11-using-powershell/
This sometimes works when nothing else will.

Try installing the failed update manually, see if it helps:

Note: Included link in this reply refers to blog post by a trusted Microsoft MVP.- Bertie_the_BunyipCopper Contributor@ Kapil Arya - I should have mentioned in my initial post that I also downloaded the update from the Microsoft Update Catalog. It also would not install.
Thanks for taking the time to responding to my initial post.
- Alabamatom1963Steel ContributorFirst Make sure the BIOS has been properly configured and TPM Or fTPM is enabled. Then use this https://www.windowscentral.com/software-apps/windows-11/how-to-fix-problems-installing-updates-on-windows-11 to troubleshoot and hopefully fix the issue.

Hi Sarge,
TPM/fTPM were enabled and still are when I checked. I also carefully followed the instructions in the troubleshooter you posted a link to. No joy. The update will still not update.
I appreciate you taking the time to help me out.
