Problem with installing Windows 11 update.

First Make sure the BIOS has been properly configured and TPM Or fTPM is enabled. Then use this https://www.windowscentral.com/software-apps/windows-11/how-to-fix-problems-installing-updates-on-windows-11 to troubleshoot and hopefully fix the issue.

TPM/fTPM were enabled and still are when I checked. I also carefully followed the instructions in the troubleshooter you posted a link to. No joy. The update will still not update.
