Mysterious Blank Tab Appears When Hovering Over Taskbar Apps.
I've noticed an odd issue where a completely blank tab appears whenever I hover over open applications in my taskbar. This doesn't seem to affect functionality, but it's visually annoying.
Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager.
Find Windows Explorer in the list.
Right-click and choose Restart.
Check if the issue persists after the explorer restarts.
