My HDD is not getting detected

Device specs:

[
  Type: laptop (Lenovo IdeaPad gaming)

  Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-9300HF CPU @ 2.40GHz 2.40 GHz
  Installed RAM 8.00 GB

  graphics: Nvidia GTX1650

Edition Windows 11 Home Single Language
  Version 23H2

  OS build 22631.2861
]

So yesterday I was downloading a gaming using EPIC installer onto my HDD and then suddenly the download stopped and showed a warning that the location was not found then I checked the file explorer, and there was no D drive which is my HDD then I restarted which took a lot time even though I have NVME SSD then I was greeted with the device setup (same which is shown after fresh install) and then it showed my HDD. But when I booted today which again took a lot of time there was no HDD then I restarted again and was greeted with a black screen which turned white after 10 minutes. I tried rebooting it multiple times but showed the same black screen then I tried to repair the startup with a bootable drive which started, but my device still didn't show my HDD then I tried to reinstall the OS with a bootable drive and I was not able to every action took 1min+ and then I was stuck on "Setup is starting" then I force restarted then it automatically went to diagnostic mode and after 30min booted into OS but still didn't showed the HDD but now everything is almost normal the boot time, etc.
HDD is not showing in the device manager and disk management.

If you run "wmic diskdrive get model" on PS/CMD what you get?

      • I'm getting a model ID of both drives using "wmic diskdrive get model".
      • After a 5min of booting, it shows the faulty HDD but is not accessible, it even shows in disk management (image attached shows as RAW format ).
      • I'm even unable to format it shows another error.
      • " wmic diskdrive get status" shows OK for both drives.
      • " chkdsk d: /f/r" doesn't work and shows this message "The type of the file system is RAW.
CHKDSK is not available for RAW drives."
      • Also, there is no error or warning in the device manager even when trying to update the drivers
