If you run "wmic diskdrive get model" on PS/CMD what you get?

- I'm getting a model ID of both drives using "wmic diskdrive get model".
- After a 5min of booting, it shows the faulty HDD but is not accessible, it even shows in disk management (image attached shows as RAW format ).
- I'm even unable to format it shows another error.
- " wmic diskdrive get status" shows OK for both drives.
- " chkdsk d: /f/r" doesn't work and shows this message "The type of the file system is RAW.
CHKDSK is not available for RAW drives." - Also, there is no error or warning in the device manager even when trying to update the drivers
