My father has a Windows 11 S, how do I get out of it?
Here I gave my Epson ET2750 print to my father who is 75 years old.
And there it's impossible to install the drivers because it tells me that I'm on Windows mode S and that I can only install applications from Microsoft Store??
So Windows I dropped to 7 when I switched to macOS!
But suddenly it's impossible to install a driver for the printer and the generic prints anything!
Do you know how to solve this problem please?

I now suspect that message shown as being from Defender may not be valid and the phone number bogus. Generally you don't get the chance to phone Microsoft.

The most straightforward solution is to switch out of Windows S mode. Once you switch out, you'll be able to install drivers and software from any source.

That happens because the PC is in Windows 10 in S mode, which only allows apps from the Microsoft Store. Printer drivers like the one for the Epson EcoTank ET‑2750 can’t install in that mode.
The fix is to switch Windows out of S mode (there’s a free option for that in the Microsoft Store). Once S mode is turned off, you’ll be able to install the normal Epson driver and the printer should work normally. 👍

Your issue is that your Windows system is running in S Mode, which restricts installation to apps only from the Microsoft Store. This is why you're unable to install the Epson ET2750 driver directly, and only the generic print driver works.
