Keeps switching to "light" mode at 7:40am daily

I have Windows 11 25h2 on my HP laptop purchased in November 2024. Ever since I bought it, the display mode changes daily at 7:40am (PST) exactly to light mode. I try to keep all things in dark mode due to light sensitivities. Having my computer suddenly turn bright can by migraine inducing! I even keep my settings open to change it back to dark as quickly as possible but that is getting really old after a year+. This should not be happening. I have never had a computer do this! My last laptop (also HP) didn't have this issue
