KB5095093 now kills display sleep-wakeup

I just do not understand Microsoft's crusade against old good and 100% reliable S3 sleep.
In 2025 they released update, which killed most WiFi adapters wake-up on non S3 laptops, where "connected sleep" was disabled.
i.e. you have laptop heating up, battery running out in your bag when commuting - you disable he connected sleep - as a retaliation for going offline you get no wifi when waking the laptop up.

Now the same happened with Desktop MONITORS!
The poison is probably in KB5095093 which should have fixed the recent SSD killing spree...

I have a Threadripper workstation with AMD Pro GPU, which refuses  to turn on the display output (reinit EDID) after waking up from S3 state. The screen gors black.
You have to pull out the cable physically and plug it in again for EDID to upate and the display output turn on.

To be sure what's happening, I tried nVidia RTX board - all the same.

Started happening with me a week ago. Probably because workstations are on "safe update" source,and get the poison later than most consumers.

Awful I would say, but would it influence the culprits in MS?

So I ask for workaround, does anyone knows any? 
As always, canned answers do not work - tried the freshest updates and drivers, restoring the system, and even rolling the backup image for the last week (just happened after the poisoned update, no other image left)
