Issue With Opening Browsers After Windows Update

Hi, since this started right after a Windows update and affects multiple browsers, I would first check network and security layers rather than reinstalling each browser. Test with a different network, temporarily disable any VPN/proxy/web filtering tool, and run the same sites in InPrivate mode. Also reset the network stack and DNS cache, then install the latest network adapter driver from the device manufacturer. If only certain HTTPS sites fail, check date/time, TLS inspection, antivirus web protection, and any company firewall rules.
