To leave the Windows Insider Program, go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Windows Insider Program and select Stop Insider Preview builds.

Im getting the same message .My intel updater says everything  is up to date. Got this message as soon  as my computer came on after updating to windows 11 from windows 10
