In Windows 11 File Explorer, pressing Alt + Up Arrow does not work

When I press Alt + Up Arrow in File Explorer, the window does not go back to the parent folder; instead, it does not respond at all. Pressing Alt + Left Arrow and Alt + Right Arrow works fine, but the shortcut for going back to the parent folder never works. I checked the keyboard layout and input method settings, but the problem persists.
